CLASSES

 

Group classes are a great way to get strong and fit inexpensively. Regular classes are held at Chad Humphrey Fitness Studio in San Antonio, near I-10 and 1604. Your first week of bootcamp classes is free, so come check it out. Other specialty classes are offered throughout the year, so check in regularly or contact me for updated schedules.

​BOOTCAMP

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9am bootcamp and circuit training: strength and cardio all wrapped together so you get the best bang for your buck. Beginners and experienced exercisers will both be challenged and see results!

 

1 month 3 days/week - $120

3 months 3 days/week - $300

Family discounts available!

IN SHAPE IN 8

Just for women, this is a specalized 8-week course designed by Move More Fitness, LLC. With two 90-min classes a week, learn about health, fitness, nutrition and get some great workouts! Participants receive personalized input and accountability (including before/after consultations). Each class consists of a group workout and discussion on various elements of living a healthy lifestyle.


2 months - $250

Bring-a-friend discount - $190/per person
